For who?  Only for specific workers, it sure did nothing for self-employed people like me. But here's the thing - - - wages went up and guess what?  Now the price of oil went up and the oil barons are justifying the increase by saying "well, people are making more money now so they will be able to handle it". 

Seriously.  I heard some dude (dud) on tv this morning blathering about this. 

Unbelievable.

Just like Bill Maher who thinks the economy should crash so "we can get rid of President Trump".  Good God.  This is what american citizens have to deal with and we're supposed to have confidence in politicians. 

And now NY State has elected (in the primaries) a SOCIALIST.  A woman, to boot, who had a lot of scarf-wearing women on her campaign trail with her.  This might be a win against democreeps, but I'm not sure America will benefit from this socialist politician.  Personally, even though I didn't care for him, I'd rather have seen the 10 term democrat win this, I think.  I guess time will tell because that democrat guy was NEVER going to vote with Trump but he didn't promote socialized medicine et al, either.  This is going to get sticky.
