do you remember . . .

Fruit pizza's?

They were very popular in the 1980's and early 1990's.  I haven't made one in years but now that I'm thinking about it, I might.  And now I could even use the store bought cookie dough in a roll for the crust.  How easy would THAT be??

Depending on the type of pizza pans you have, watch carefully while they bake.  I remember using an older type NOT non-stick pizza pan once and burning the whole thing to smithereens.

Here's just one of thousands of recipes I found online.

I love fresh peaches on my fruit pizza which wasn't shown on this one, but you can add it to the outside edges where it will get the best cooking time.  Peaches can be kinda hard if they aren't fully ripened, and you can use white or orange peaches, your choice.  Also make sure your strawberries are fully ripened.

If you find a great recipe of your own, post it here under the recipe section.
