We have to stop being fooled by the term "organic". In my opinion, the most important part of this is the grain fed to livestock which is then sold as organic meat, milk and eggs. A lot of chicken farmers feed grains to their chickens in the winter months, thinking it's organic and selling the eggs with a high price tag. Personally, I don't look for "organic" anymore, I look for "pasture fed" and you have to ASK QUESTIONS in order to fing those things, because it won't be listed on any "label" that way.
