    What part of this was the judge questioning . . .

    I mean, really?  This judge is asking if the mother was a bit crazed??  How dumb do you have to be to even WONDER about that, for God's sake???  No wonder the wheels of justice move so slowly.  When are we gonna get some judges who actually aren't afraid to JUDGE . . .!!!
