Strawberry coffeecake (easy & thrifty)
Well, except for the price of the strawberries right now. AND EVERYTHING ELSE, too.
I bought frozen strawberries (cheaper and worked just as well if used right) but you have to let them thaw and then put them into a strainer to get the juices and water from the freezing process off. Once that is done it's easy peasy.
