She's like a court jester or something, trying to jump around and avoid the question she KNOWS she's going to be asked.  She wants to avoid it because she CAN'T answer it because of the incompetence of the biden "administration" not continuing to build the very successful wall at the border.  They know that, but they think they NEED the illegals to vote for biden - and those idiots will vote for him because he's letting them in and he's even PAYING them OUR money.  It's just the craziest thing you've ever heard.
