When he closed down the Keystone II and the Dakota Pipelines, he inadvertantly shut down the entire system even if he's too stupid to realize it !!  He has no idea what he's done so he just keeps signing more and more "orders" for this, that and the next thing without a friggin' clue what he's doing.  The man can barely walk and talk at the same time so how does he even know what he's signing?  I don't think he does know, nor does he realize the far-reaching implications.  He doesn't care, either.  And OF COURSE Saudi Arabia and Iran will be admitted to the current BRICS agreements.  WHY wouldn't they?
