Trump squandered it when he had power.  Now it's a bit late to try to take control, is what's being said.  I almost have to agree with that.  We could certainly make a better stab at it than the current "administration" is doing, however, because it couldn't possibly GET any worse.  Actually it could, but I don't wanna even contemplate that thought.
