An eye for an eye

This is the way we should have been handling murderers since the beginning of time.  Mexico has no trouble using this method (never did have trouble starting centuries ago) and the USA should have taken a lesson.  The bible says and eye for an eye - - and though it doesn't mean that literally, it makes a good but gruesome point.  Everyone interprets the bible in a different way but why do we continue to house and feed people we KNOW are guilty of crimes and have exhausted the court system trying to undo their misdeeds.  Shoot 'em and be done with it man!

If these judges are gutsy enough to pronounce the death penalty be used, then USE it, for heaven's sake.  Those words have meaning.  It's time the judges and juries have to face up to their responsibilities of being the arbiters of justice, no?
