My guess would be something to do with the chinese SPY balloons.  Those things were up to no good, you can be sure of it, but ol' man biden just let them saunter through the skies all across the usa without stopping them.  And in Montana they could easily have downed them with no harm to any living person or animal.  There is NOTHING for hundreds of miles out there.  If biden had ever bothered to visit the place personally, he'd have known that.  But he's too old and lazy to actually visit these northern tier states.  Besides, they ALL vote republican so he feels it's not necessary to visit them.  Trump didn't care HOW they voted, he visited all of these states and places of interest.
