I guess I don't understand why he doesn't want to make this country LESS dependent on foreigners?  But no, knothead biden wants to make us ALL dependent on china.  That's because he's an idiot-monster.  He actually thinks if he continues to kiss Xi's ass it will help him when he's not president anymore.  I've got news for him, Xi will be just as hard on biden as anyone else.  The chinese people simply do not care about rank or position, believe me they don't.
