What these kids don't understand is that by eliminating dairy from things, they are also eliminating the goodness of what dairy provides the human body.  Cholesterol is a scam and using a statin drug is about the worst idea I've ever heard.  But this is the crap they're pushing.

We should ALL have choices, not be forced to eat something we don't want.  I don't care if it's made of oats or not, I detest oat milk and anything like it.  I've tried that crap and it's just not good.  Just try to make potato soup using oatmilk.  I dare you.
