I didn't really see anything "new" in this article, it's what our politicians should have been doing all this time, but of course with biden "borrowing" from SS funds to pay for his excesses (like inflation, immigration, etc) by 2035 there won't be a penny left for the people who actually put the money into that "old age retirement" account.  WHY are we letting him get away with that?  Maybe some republicans should start taking the blame and start trying to FIX IT rather than sweep it under the rug as a non-important issue.  It's only gonna be non-important until THEY NEED IT for their survival.  Just wait until you hear the uproar at that time.
