The only thing the people of California will "figure out" is that they have elected a complete idiot as their gubner.  If things go the way the lib's think they should, the only ones who will have guns will be the criminals.  Do you know of ANY of the MS-13 gang who applied in the USA for a "gun permit"???  Ha, yeah, sure.  Most law-abiding AMERICAN'S who own guns got them LEGALLY, with a gun permit and a waiting period. Notice I said MOST American's, because not all American's are little angels, either.
