This is the same recipe my Mom AND my MIL used. I got a different recipe a few years ago from a gal I worked with and the frosting is made with vanilla ice cream but I can't find the recipe card anywhere. I gotta find it fast! I have no idea if there are recipes online for using the ice cream in the frosting, I haven't looked. There probably are many different versions, and for rolls too, but I like to use the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture to sprinkle over the buttered dough before making it into rolls. It's much better and a lot tastier than using white sugar. I actually use the DARK brown sugar which has a very maple-y flavor. It's wonderful!
