This includes ALL FEDERAL WORKERS, not just the few named in this article.  It also includes the already bloated and overpaid sloths in the FBI, of course.  How much "admiration" does biden need to boost his ego?  That's what this is about, you know.  He's trying to boost his "opinion ratings".  Not gonna happen in the general public, so he needs to buy the votes of his workers.
