I only eat Oscar Mayer bacon as a rule, but I ordered some uncured bacon strips from Misfits Market a while back and can't wait to try it.  Just haven't had the chance yet, too much else going on!  I fry mine in a frying pan because I like to save the bacon grease in a jar.  It makes the most amazing fried eggs!  My grandkids just love to eat breakfast here and right now I'm all out of eggs and on my way to the store!
