I simply cannot believe that Tom Cotton and Mike Rounds voted for this thing, it's totally unconscionable after what we've seen them ACTUALLY espousing on tv news programs.  Yes, they're turncoats there's just no other word for such deception (and malfeasance towards the American taxpayers).  They have lost me along with many others, as supporters.
