Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies
Gonna give these a try this year - sounds like something kids would really go for.
I do not care for freshly grated ginger (sorry) but I just use fresh ginger powder (spice islands is what I use). So I'm anxious to see how these go over with everyone, but I'm betting the kids will love them.
