He's so grumpy and belligerent, there's no reason in the world we need him.  He's boffed everything he's tried to do so far except get rid of all things Trump (because most of them worked REALLY well).  biden doesn't even seem to understand what an asshole he is.  He's horrible, and other countries haven't missed any of it, belileve me.

He just thinks he can react however he wants because he's the "president", but that's the biggest reason he SHOULDN'T react in his "usual, snarky" way.  He has a brain the size of a pea or less.
