Just as I suspected.  It's those damned Catholics.  Those people have been on the wrong side of everything for years (including abuse of children, I know THAT for a fact because of the town where I grew up, where many children were abused *mostly sexually but in other ways, too).  But it just figures they'd have a hand in this nonsense.
