This is a good one for women who are wanting to be pregnant to take.  THAT'S not my reason!! It's a part of the B vitamin family.  Helps with anxiety.  For YEARS I suffered with high anxiety but no longer.  I have a close friend who helped me with that, even though she usually deals only with children's issues.  Since she's a friend, she gave me some valuable nuggets of advice without even knowing it!  It's great to have friends.
