THIS is how the biden administration justifies it's position on their statements about there being 9,000 untapped leases for gas and oil in the USA being "unused". 

Well yeah, but you gotta have the pipeline authorizations in order to USE those leases.  Oil needs to be moved from the place it was drilled in norder to be used.  DUH! 

That dipwad spokesman from the WH "explained" it this way to Peter Doocy during a press conference (I can't think of the guy's name Peter spoke to, but it's that lying bastard who speaks for biden most of the time, other than KJP.  She would have bungled this question beyond belief, but the guy from the DOJ (?) or whoever answered that question did just as bad a job because those "policies" make no sense because they are LIES.  It's like buying an airline ticket, never boarding the plane, and then wondering why you didn't get where you were bound.  Same principal 

How in the world does this current administration get by with telling some of the biggest whoppers and still people believe them and support them?  It's beyond comprehension.
