Ha! Prime "gotcha" stuff
DC can talk big when it's NOT affecting them, but when Gubner Abbott turned the tables on them, it's all of a sudden not so damned funny to them (or to the Big Apple). I say good for Abbott. At least SOMEONE is using common sense and a brain at the same time!
