    I thought it was called "private property" for a reason

    But not according to the current "administration of leftist goons in WADC".  It's sickening how these RULES only apply to them but not to the rest of us.  THEY can own property, but not you or me, but they still want to collect fees and taxes on ALL the stuff you have, whether you own it or not. That's crazy!
