It just happened to be a republican.  But the steps he recommended to be taken, should be done ASAP.  We've seen what happens in this country if you put things off.  Things, especially important things, tend to just up and disappear into thin air.  He's probably hoping that's what will happen with all of his "records".  I'll bet they'd be fascinatin' reading!
