Why does anything they do surprise us anymore?
Nothing should. This administration is so crooked you can't trust a word they say, as Joe Manchin just found out!
And I don't know who should get the money. Did the Afghani's get it from the USA to begin with? Or was it really their money all the time? If it was USA money to start with, it should be coming back to the USA in various ways. Any way that the biden "administration" can't get their hands on it, that's my suggestion.
