Tucker is mispronouncing Kamala Harris' name.  WHY is he saying Kar-mella???  The way I understand it is her name is actually pronounced Commala.  Like a comma and then add "la" at the end.  I could be wrong, too, but that's the way most people say her name.  At any rate, this is a wonderful overview in 13 1/2 minutes.  He gets it right in that 13 minutes, just like everyone should!
