I'm in full agreement with the article.  Water is a very important part of living, whether you are human or animal.  We should all be working on not wasting water *like watering LAWNS for instance.  How stupid can people be?  The only time a lawn needs watering is when it's first planted, or if there is a fire danger in your area and it might protect yours and others property.  I'm going to order the book and read more about this and I hope to learn a lot!
