Windmills my ass.  What do we do when there's no wind?  It's 103 where I live right now and no amount of wind power is going to help cool things down because the air itself is absolutely scorching hot.  Blowing around a bunch of hot air (like what's in the WH currently!) isn't going to help anything. 

Get yourself a spray bottle and spritz yourself every once in a while - - that's the best way I know to stay cool!  I went to a local Post 22 baseball game last night even in this heat and it kept me nice and cool to spray myself occasionally.  I shared, of course, with those who had no foresight.  They, in kind, refilled my water bottle for me whenever it needed to be done!  Great trade off for me.
