Calling the Nat'l Guard out & state gubners, too!
This is a a point I tried to make a couple of weeks ago. We NEED these reservists, they are the only ones who are thinking clearly at this point, right? Gubners need to belly up to the bar and do the right thing. States (individually) don't seem to have much power left, so at least use the powers you have, Mr./Ms. GUBNER. Do it before it's too late.
