Does it MEAN anything?  Does it have any real TEETH?  Are the people of the USA actually going to see Kerry grounded from flying all over the place when, in fact, he's accomplishing nothing?  He is, however, using the fossil fuels in those planes he rides in even though he is vehemently protesting the use of fossil fuels !!!  It's just plain craziness.  It's insanity.

Now, the people in gubmint either WANT fossil fuels or they don't.  Shit or git off the pot, man!  If they want them, we need to reopen Keystone XL and the Dakota Pipelines for obvious reasons.

One thing about dimwit dems - - they can put together a string of capital letters for almost any bizarre "committee" they deem as something necessary to "the people" can't they?  I've never seen anything like it.  EVERYTHING is identified in all caps and to them that means those letters identify as something?
