I think sovereignty has a different meaning than most people assume, and of course the gubmint would take the wicked definition without question.

But the WHO isn't giving up, oh no.  They can't.  They must trudge forward because they've humiliated themselves in other ways, as well as this "loss".  Don't worry, the WHO will prevail in the end - - because the majority don't want them to prevail, so the fight is now all for show.  It makes several Nation-States think they have a say in what's actually going on in the world, when that could not be further from the truth.

But hey, it looked good on paper at first, and the headline was actually encouraging to people like me who still believe in a spark of goodness in people, when in fact there is none.
