Actually, since 1950, but this vid is about the1960's.  There were good times and bad times, like now.  And the politicians were trying to change everything back then just as much as they are now.  In terms of the "times" not much has changed at all.  POWER, CONTROL and MONEY are still the top guns of politics.  War, as well because politicians NEED war in order to spend YOUR money.  Wasn't it ever thus?
