Meriwether Lewis & Wm. Clark - historical data

Ther's so much information online about these 2 men, it's hard to decide what to put here and what to skip.  Some of what's out there is just pure bunk, and some is quite accurate according to the way we were taught about "history" when I was growing up in the 1950's and 60's.

This account seems short and to the point, and pretty accurate.

This account is about Wm. Clark.

One thing is for sure, people certainly didn't live long back then; just about the same ages as what we're back to now, actually, since our gubmint goons don't want us to live to be 90 or 100 anymore.  Heck they don't want us here, at all.  They're doing their level best to get rid of us.  All they have to do as far as I'm concerned is make us eat nothing but vegetables.  That would certainly kill me.  People need the vitamins and other vital stuff found in meat and dairy products, no question about that.
