She's plainly too stupid to handle much of anything, and she also plainly does not care to learn her role as the supposed VP of the USA.  She's a total embarrassment on all levels.  If she wasn't a woman and she wasn't dark skinned, she would not be in the position of VP, that's just a fact.  Talk about a racist appointment!!
