Who was John Colter . . .

If you like history as much as I do, you will like this new topic on this forum.  We're going to start with America's Lewis & Clark era.  I'll be all over the place with this subject, from biblical days to the very recent past history.

But I am really enamored of the era from the mid 1600's to the 1960's.  Fascinating stuff happened in America during that time, and NONE of it was about giving the USA away to the Chinese gubmint.  https://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons2/loser.png

Carry on and learn!

I hope starting this subject will inspire you to look backwards just a little bit and think about what our ancestors went through to form this country into something to be proud of, not to give it away to interlopers or foreign enemies.

We might as well look backwards because there's certainly nothing to look forward to.
