Fire their asses.  That's what would happen in/with any other business and that's what needs to happen with these arrogant teachers who think they know what's best for YOUR kids.  It's insanity in the schools and it needs to stop.

Someone needs to go to the home of EVERY teacher who calls in sick, to check on them.  Take photos, etc., so there's either proof or not of the veracity of the claim of being "ill or sick".  They're sick all right, but not with any illness which can be cured - - it's in their muddled heads.  There are no standards today in education - for the teachers, that is.  They'll take anyone who can open a book.
