They ALL are.  Everyone on "the hill" is guilty of constant fraud.  Sadly, we've come to expect it and accept it as normal behavior, which it is not.

That's why our taxes are high and going higher, and it's also why ordinary people are finally starting to catch on to the fact that being in WADC is a free ticket to everything they've always wanted.  If it wasn't, why would people stay in positions like that (with all the stress) for upwards ofs 50 years??  We NEED term limits.  We need them NOW.

This is how we end up with dipwads like Buttigieg, AOC and her squad of nitwits, et al.
