Don't hold your breath that either of these things will ever happen.

It always looks so good on paper, but in reality most of this stuff gets shoved under the rug, WHICH IS WHY we're in the positions we're in now.  If there's anything else the dimwit dems can think of to blame on "climate change" that's what they'll do and all the people of the USA will just have to live with their uneducated decisions, just like all the rest of their decisions.
