He is just a total and complete airhead.  He and his party were so bent on undoing everything and anything Donald Trump had done during his 4 years, they are willing to destroy America in multiple different ways.  Energy crises are only one arm of his destructive agenda.

Of course, HE doesn't have to worry about any of this stuff, nor does anyone else with more money than brains, because they're going to get richer while you and I get poorer.  That's not exactly a secret and they don't even seem to care.  They are so brazen as to make announcements about stuff they don't even understand, and will never fully understand because they're richly ignorant, too.
