He's also lying about the withdrawl from Afghanistan.
Every time someone asks him a question about something "ticklish" he says "I cannot recall".
OF COURSE HE DOESN"T RECALL. And even if he could, he's old and he can USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE and no one thinks too much of it.
