Lockdowns did that very effectively, as planned.

Now many small businesses (like mine, for instance) are shot to hell.

This whole cooked up virus scheme (planned by the dimpocraps in case you missed that part) now allows them to pass all kinds of pork STUFFED "stimulus" plans which have absolutely nothing to do with THE PEOPLE.  This has to do with stuffing the pockets of the already rich, the gubmint workers, and the idiots at places like the CDC. 

It certainly doesn't, and never did, have anything to do with "helping" anyone.  But Joe Biden thinks it's gonna make him look good because he was "charitable" and doled out OUR OWN MONEY, not his (you can bet not a red cent of his own or Hunter's went into this plan).  Americans, how does it feel to be screwed by the people who are supposed to be helping you?  I could tell you, but I don't think you'd want my version . . . . .
