Biden and Piglosi denounced Trump's 2 trillion dollar CARES act, but now they're proposing a 2 trillion dollar package of their own.  So, if what Trump did was SOOOOOO BAD, why are THEY able to do the same thing with nary an eyelash batted?

Hmmmph, because they don't care WHAT people think about anything.  As long as Trump did it first and they called it a mistake, they figure they're allowed to make the same "mistake" and call it a wonder package.
