Biden HAS to keep talking about "the outbreak" because it's all he's got. 

At least it's all he's got that he wants the American public to know about at this point.  He did slip (much to the chagrin of his "handlers") about the "no more fracking" idea and also about his explosive increase in taxes (which was also supposed to be a secret until AFTER the election). Those two programs alone are job killers and taking money out of people's pockets - - sometimes money they don't even have.  He's such a jerkwad.

It makes one wonder what else Biden's "people" don't want the American people to know.  What have they got up their sleeves?  Who knows, but whatever it is it's probably not for the good of you and me and Joe Blow down the street.  It will always and forever be to the benefit of the dimocraps, you can be sure of that much.
