This video is annoying and hilarious at the same time, imagine it.

The vid cuts out for a few minutes (I'm not sure why or what was said that was removed but it musta been BBBBAAAAADDD) but then WWWAAAAAAAYYYY at the very end Biden comes back for a few seconds and speaks more stupidity.

You really hafta see this/hear this to believe it.  The man is just a complete dumbass moron.  Can you even remotely IMAGINE having him or his ridiculously stupid sidekick, Comma-la, in charge of anything bigger than a trike rally for 3 year olds???  Hard to believe anyone lets the moron near a microphone.  Good Lord.
