Don't think he's doing anything out of "the goodness of his heart". He HAS no heart. He'd rather keep on killing people with experimental stuff (like he's done for YEARS in Africa and other foreign countries) because he wants to make more money.
Once a person has money, they want MORE and MORE all the time. That's just how it works.
They're going to HAVE to con the military into forcibly making people take these vaccines of Billyboy's, because most people are simply NOT INTERESTED in them at all. Most people will refuse them, given the opportunity and Gates knows that, so he wants them to be MANDATORY.
Go figure. He's such an asshole.
