Biden needs more than a drug test, he needs a genuine lobotomy. Even though he's already had brain surgery it was the wrong kind, I guess!
The man is just "not there" anymore. Why on earth would the democraps even consider running this man for the highest office in the land? Because they're ALL idiots, that's why. They don't care about the man, they care about thinking he will "give them a chance to win". My God, they're all brain cell deficient.
