He's not even in charge of his own mouth.  He knows NOT what he speaks most of the time.  He has brain farts on a regular basis.  He cannot complete an entire sentence without reading it from a teleprompter or cue cards or whatever they use nowadays.

Parents work hard to make sure their children aren't online continuously (well, most of the parents do) and now we have the idiotic people playing politics practically endorsing that children would be incessantly online.  It's cruel and unusual punishment to the entire K-12 set.

Biden doesn't seem to have learned Jack Schitt from a computer - - what makes him think kids would do any better?  Kids like "one on one" with their friends at school, their teachers, and all the other staff they come into contact with.  And Biden wants to take that away, although he SAYS the opposite.  What a creep.
