Thelma Lou's Cashew Fudge

I actually have the Aunt Bee's Mayberry Cookbook mentioned on the link for this recipe!  I've only made it once because the price of cashews is now prohibitive, but it was really good.

Give it a try.  Good choice for those wintertime homemade candy Christmas boxes you make up for friends.  I usually make my regular fudge without using confectioner's sugar (that's cheating!!) but this recipe is an exception until I can find a good recipe for white fudge that DOESN'T call for almond bark.  Ewwww.
